Z-WOW visas ltd (‘Z-WOW’) accepts instructions only upon the terms and conditions set out below. No servant or agent is permitted to vary these terms and conditions unless expressly authorized in writing to do so. However any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any service by Z-WOW in respect of but not limited to the processing of visas and/or documents for their clients and all orders placed by their clients are made and accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out. By sending applications to Z-WOW for processing, you accept all the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein and specifically agree and confirm that neither Z-WOW nor your travel company shall be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary visa requirements for your travel, for the indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, or for exemplary damages, and that your sole and exclusive remedy against Z-WOW for damages in connection with the failure to obtain a requested visa or visas in timely manner shall be the return of the Z-WOW service fees actually paid by you or £250, whichever is less. At all times and under all circumstances, Z-WOW’s total liability to you for any and all claims causes of action, liabilities and damages of any kind shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the lesser of the fees actually paid by you to Z-WOW or £250. Any claims filed to Z-WOW must be filed within 60 calendar days from the date of invoice.

Z-WOW will use its best endeavors to process applications for visas and/or documents at the client’s request. However, Z-WOW shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for actions of any consulate, embassy in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall Z-WOW be held responsible for expenses and/or delay arising from or in connection with:: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expenses or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, not shall any charges be levied upon, Z-WOW. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases open tickets should be obtained.

The absence of Z-WOW order form constitutes acceptance of Z-WOW’s passport replacement service. Charges will apply.

Z-WOW provides carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provide by respective embassy, consulates at any or all times and Z-WOW shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

Z-WOW will endeavor, wherever possible, to process the client’s visa and/or document based on the instruction given and application forms submitted, although it is the client’s express responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/document obtained includes and covers the periods of time in which the client plans to enter and leave the country or countries that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country and is valid for the purpose intended.

Due to changing rules and prices at the Chinese Embassy, prices on our website are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice. We will, of course, let you know prior to submission if we have received your passport and payment and prices have increased in the interim.

Z-WOW shall only be responsible for the basic replacement cost of said item should the fault rest with a passport, document or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed any means whatsoever. Z-WOW is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a consulate, embassy or royal mail.

If, however, you decide to withdraw your application from Z-WOW prior to submission to the embassy/visa center or do not provide documentation which Z-WOW requests which would have, if provided, enabled you to obtain a visa, Z-WOW will only refund that portion of the fees that would have been paid over to the Chinese Embassy and will not refund the service charge. Payment of the Z-WOW fee is due together with any anticipated consular or embassy charged upon Z-WOW being instructed unless account facilities have been agreed in writing prior to the said instructions.

Z-WOW will send completed applications by Secure Mail unless otherwise instructed. A delivery charge will be added to your order. Secure Mail, Same day courier, UK Overnight Couriers, International Courier services and other third party delivery companied are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. Z-WOW accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies.

The data available on this website is solely for the use of Z-WOW customers. Z-WOW reserves the right to block website access and/or take legal action against any users who is may deem to be accessing the website for illegal or unauthorized use.
